At Isla Sunwear, we’re passionate about making choices that are better for both you and the planet.
We’ve spent the last three years living on the Great Barrier Reef and by the ocean, which has made us deeply passionate about the sea.
But we’ve also seen the damage firsthand: plastic pollution on the shorelines and microplastics showing up in fish, turtles and even coral.
It’s confronting, and it’s made us rethink the way we live.
We want to use our platform to do what we can: to educate, inspire and encourage real changes in how we use plastic.
From the products we choose to the habits we form, small steps add up.
We’ve already taken a big step forward by introducing our 'tortoise' color in bio-acetate for both models, and we’re working hard to make every color from this more sustainable material.
We're also proud to say that our packaging is made from materials sourced from responsibly managed, FSC-certified forests, helping us reduce our environmental impact.
We're continuously exploring more sustainable options, and we’re proud to take action towards a more eco-conscious future.
