3. PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process and ship your order within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

5. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
If you're ordering from outside the EU, customs or import duties may apply once the package reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility. Unfortunately, we can’t predict or control these fees.
6. CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Need to change or cancel your order? We’ll do our best to help, but because we process orders quickly, we can’t guarantee changes once your order is placed. Email us as soon as possible at support@islasunwear.com, and we’ll see what we can do.
7. DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order is taking longer than expected:

If your order says "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local delivery service, sometimes they mark it delivered a bit early

We’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve the issue.
8. CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
Once your package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the courier. While we’re not liable for carrier delays or mishandling, we’ll be happy to assist you in tracking your order or filing a claim if needed.
