Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Period

You may return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition.

  • Accompanied by all original packaging, including cases and accessories.

  • Free from scratches, damages, or signs of wear.

3. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We do not offer free return shipping at this time.

4. Refund Options

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you can choose between:

  • A refund to the original payment method.

  • Store credit for future purchases.

5. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, contact our support team at support@islasunwear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the necessary return address details.

6. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds or store credits will be issued after the inspection is completed.

7. Exceptions

Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional events may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to the product description or contact our support team for clarification.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@islasunwear.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
