Our founder, Quincy, started Isla Sunwear because she had struggled for years to find sunglasses that fit her small face.
Every time she found a pair she loved, the sunglasses would overwhelm her features and keep sliding off.
She noticed that most eyewear brands focus on a “one size fits all” approach. But for many women, that size just doesn’t fit, leaving them struggling to find sunglasses that truly flatter.
That’s how Isla Sunwear was born. Inspired by living on the dreamy coast of North Queensland, Australia, Quincy knew it was time for a change, and created sunglasses designed to fit smaller faces beautifully.

Priced at €84.95, our sunglasses come with a signature pouch and eco-friendly cleaning cloth made from recycled materials.
We started this brand because Quincy could never find sunglasses that actually fit. Every pair she tried on felt oversized and overwhelming on her smaller face.
So we redesigned the standard "one size fits all" shape, making it about 10% smaller than the industry norm.
But we didn’t just shrink the frames. We carefully rebalanced the proportions to flatter smaller face shapes in all the right ways.

Yes! We're launching with two timeless styles — Mira and Raya — thoughtfully designed to fit and flatter smaller faces.
Each model will be available in black and tortoise while Mira is also available in cherry and Raya in sand.
Every pair of Isla sunglasses comes with a soft protective pouch to keep them safe on the go, and a recycled microfiber cloth to keep your lenses crystal clear.
